الفكرة:

التحول الرقمي بات أحد أهم الركائز في تنمية الخدمات وتقدمها , فهو يعد ممكناً رئيسياً للعديد من القطاعات الإنتاجية الأخرى , إضافة إلى مساهمته المحورية في تسريع عجلة الخدمات وأبرز ركائز هذا المحور هو الريادة والابتكار.

وإيماناً منا بأهمية التقنية وتوظيفها في خدمة الناس وتلبية لحاجة الكثير من المسلمين الذين يصعب عليهم الذهاب لمكة المكرمة لأداء مناسك العمرة عن أنفسهم أو والديهم أو أقاربهم من ( العاجزين– المرضى – المتوفين ) أطلقت وادي بلسم موقع الإلكتروني ليكون وسيطاً رقمياً يسهّل الربط بين الراغبين في الحصول على العمرة والأشخاص المؤهلين شرعاً من طلبة العلم ومن حفظة كتاب الله ومن الشباب المسلم المؤهل لأداء العمرة من سكّان مكة المكرمة الذين سبق لهم أداء عمرة الفريضة ولديهم الإستعداد التام لأداء مناسك العمرة عن الغير على منهج السنة النبوية الشريفة وبإشراف مباشر من اللجنة المختصة في التطبيق مع توثيق المناسك بالصورة والفيديو وتزويد طالب العمرة بها عن طريق إرسال روابط الفيديوهات عبر رسالة SMS بعد تنفيذ الطلب.

تقديم خدمات تقنيّة تواكب رؤية المملكة 2030 وتساهم في خدمة المسلمين من جميع دول العالم.

التيسير على المسلمين في أداء مناسك العمرة عن (العاجزين , المرضى , المتوفين) من خلال الاشخاص المؤهلين شرعاً.

Brief

The idea:

Digital transformation has become one of the most important pillars in the development and progress of services, as it is considered a major enabler for many other productive sectors, in addition to its pivotal contribution to accelerating the wheel of services, and the most prominent pillars of this axis is leadership and innovation.

Believing in the importance of technology and employing it in the service of people and in response to the need of many Muslims who find it difficult to go to Makkah to perform Umrah on behalf of themselves, their parents or their relatives (the disabled, the sick, the deceased), Wadi Balsam launched a website to be a digital intermediary that facilitates the connection between those wishing to obtain Umrah and legally qualified persons from students of knowledge and memorizers of the Book of God and among the Muslim youth qualified to perform Umrah from the residents of Makkah Al-Mukarramah who have previously performed the obligatory Umrah and who are fully prepared to perform Umrah on behalf of others according to the method of the honorable Sunnah and under the direct supervision of the competent committee in implementation with documentation The rituals, with pictures and videos, and to provide the Umrah student with them by sending the video links via SMS message after the request is executed.
